Creating your own future
One way we can use to build the life that we want and desire is to create the future in our minds before hand. If we take this one step further we could actually step out into the future, at least as it appears to us subjectively anyway, and look back to see what happened to produce that future. Sort of like reverse-engineering the future. When people have done this exercise, correctly might I add, many have increased their income two to three fold, seriously, i'm not kidding. But like I said you have to do it properly.
So lets take a look at one way to do this, I believe there are other methods, if readers know of any other ways please let me know, but heres one great way of doing it.
First of all you will need to state a goal that you would like to have in the future. I know that you want it now but you must visualize it in the future first. So spend a little time making a positve image of the goal also. you will need this picture in a short while. Now lets discover where your subjective sense of time is located, we'll call this exercise 'locating your timeline'. Now decide which direction your past is. some will point behind them, others may indicate that their past feels as if its to the left or the right, it does differ subjectively for each person. When you have a sense of where your past lies do the same for the future. Ask yourself "which direction do I sense my future is" and then point to it. It might be straight in front of you, it could be slightly above you or out to either side but you will have a sense of where your future is, what direction it is if you ask yourself this question. It is usually the first thing that comes to mind, don't deliberate too long with this.
OK, now close your eyes and float up above your timeline. Actually imagine floating upwards and then outwards along this future timeline until you 'feel' that you have reached an approporiate place and an appropriate moment for the accomplishment of your outcome. Position yourself above that specific point in your timeline. Now, bring up the picture of what you want, the one you made earlier. Step into the picture so to speak, associate into it. Float into your own body and feel the feelings of having what you want. You can experiment with increasing or decreasing the brightness of the picture or the size of the image until you get the feelings just right. Make the picture more or less focused until again the feelings are just right in your body.
Once you have made the adjustments above step out of your body and look back at your body from a short distance. now whilst you are still in the futre (subjectivele speaking you have a sense of this) turn around and look back towards now. Notice that all the events between then and where you are now (in the future) are changing and rearranging themselves so as to totally support your having exactly what you want now in the future. And you can, can't you.
now come vback o now and looking forward o he fuure, noice ha his is jus he beginning of ou having wha ou wan. noice ha he accomplishment of his event sets a direction of accomplishment for you in the future, and that it continues out into the futre as far as you can see it.
Notice how good it feels to have what you want.
