The Core Transformation Process

What is the Core Transformation Process
the core tranformation process is a gentle but powerful way of creating personal change by aligning ourselves with the parts of us that actually cause the problem. For instance, if we have a part that feels, say shy in a social situation then that part may actaully be trying to do something for us that is important, i'e it may have underlying it some form of secondary gain. Shyness may be in some way protecting us from embarrassment or from being hurt or harmed in some way. In the same way that we all know smoking is bad for you so why do people partake in a potentially negative habit, it's because thay get gains from the habit, maybe they feel cool in front of thier peers, maybe the cigarettes calm thier nerves or whatever else. But the main argument here is that all behaviours have secondary gain. The term for this that we use is known as positive intention. That is all behaviours have behind them (or beneath them if you prefer) a positive intention, they are actually trying to do something, or preserve something, important for us.

We use a gentle questioning process that allow these positive intentions to emerge and as one comes up we simply restate the question again and we go to another level which reveals a deeper positive intention until we reach a core state. Now most people have never gone into a cre state in thier lives so it is a most pleasant feeling to go into one of these.

What is a core state exactly ?

A core state is a feeling of complete oneness or OKness as others describe it, it is a transcendent state of mind that many mystics have talked about for millenia and now we have a way of inducing this when we want to using a verifiable process. this process was devised by Connirae Andreas a Neuro-linguistic programming trainer in the U.S. Once in the core state you can then utilize the core state to change the underlying uneanted behaviour or belief. If during the process any objections come up then you can also use the proces on these other parts so that they also get what they want as well. Obviously it is preferable that peoples systems saty in balance so it is crucial to address any objecting parts that surface during this, however in my experience objecting parts very rarely come up. ,/p>

OK then, onto the process itself, below is a list of experiences and behaviours that people might like to utilize this process for:

  • Self-esteem issues
  • Lack of confidence in certain specific areas
  • Self-empowerment issues
  • Do you often feel rage, jealousy, hurt, anxiety, fear or depression
  • Are you over-attached to sex, addictions, smoking, money or other things
  • Is it difficult to accept yourself unless you are 'perfect'
  • Are you overly critical of yourself if you make mistakes
  • Do you feel inferior at times to others
  • Do you look down on others or think yourself superior
  • Do you have relationship issues
  • Do you avoid being with other people or going to new social situations
  • Do you have problems attracting more prosperity into your life
  • Do you allow people to abuse you or do you abuse others
  • Are you under or over ahcieving
  • Do you believe that you are not a good learner and this holds you back
  • Do you require better stress management

OK by now you may have recognised some topics or issues from the above list that you feel you might want to change.

Firstly I need to mention a few quick preliminiaries. I would advise that you do this process with a partner first of all. Initially it can be a little difficult to do on your won because you have to be fairly introspective for a while and it is easier if a friend or partnet coaches you thru the process for a few times at least until you are practiced enough to do it on your own. Also I would like you to gain some rapport with your practice partner for a few minutes, try to match thier posture and position. I would like you to feel as if you are 'joining' your partner in some way. when you feel a degree of rapport has been acheived then you can start the process. I have outlined the process below but you can print the questions off as it will be more convenient to have the porcess in a sheet in front of you while you go through it.

so here is the process overview below but then please go to the 'printed process' page to print off the full process questions for use with you and your partner. Obvioulsy take turns with each toher.

When comfortable one partner askes the other "Is there an issue or behaviour or belief that you would like to change". When the partner states the thing thewy want to change you ask them to relax and turn inward and remember a time when they had this issue/behaviour. Once they have remembered it you may see them change thier state slightly as they go into the problem state, once they have you can GENTLY begin the questioning gporcess as per the printout sheet

The person who is going to do the core state on an unwanted behaviour or issue is known as the 'explorer' and the one who helps guide him or her thru it is called 'the guide'.

You will be able to tell when someone has reached a core state by the following clues:

  • It will be a state of being as opposed to doing, getting, having, such as 'beingness','innerpeace','OKness','Oneness','spiritual connection','wholeness'.,/li>
  • It is not a specific emotion, such as feeling confident, hopeful, courageous
  • When the exploere does step 6 in the process (see printed proceess page for this) they can go no further or deeper. Either there is no answer or they describe consequences of having the Core state such as 'my whole life will be differnet'.
  • The explorer will also show a major change in state, relaxation, skin color changes, changes in breathing and may suddenly appear much more symmetrical in body posture
Now the object of this is that you are going up thru a chain, you will get a series of answers as you go thru the same question over again until the explorer reaches a core state and then you come back down thru the chain and find that the original issue has now been transformed. If it is a big issue you may have to do this process a few times until all you have transformed all the 'bits' of it. Usually though one round is enough for most issues. To help you you might like to go to the YOUTUBE WEBSITE site and in the s earch box put the words 'core transformation process' and watch the demo video, this will help you immensely in doing this process correctly.
